Our Community

Menopause is easier when you don’t navigate it alone

Let's meet

Community is important

Women who navigate menopause with the support of a community often experience fewer symptoms, greater consistency and better psychological wellbeing. More importantly, menopause no longer feels like something to suffer through alone, but a transition shared with people who genuinely understand.

The culture we're building

No performance required.

You don't have to be "positive" or "inspiring." You can be honest. You can say "this is tough" and someone will say "yes, and here's what helped me."

Menopause isn’t taboo.
We don't soften it or euphemise it. We call it what it is: menopause. And we talk about it openly, without shame, without apology.

Real friendships form
You come for the fitness. You stay for the community.
Many ZoMe members have made genuine friendships here. women who understand what they're going through.

Menopause Matters

Dedicated conversations about menopause- expert panel talks on symptom management, navigating healthcare, workplace rights, the emotional landscape of this transition.

Experts answer the questions you've been too embarrassed to ask. These are spaces where menopause is treated with the seriousness and nuance it deserves.

Social Outings

Beyond structured events, we create space for women to simply be together.

Every 2–3 months we gather for: sauna dates, wine nights, sea swims, cooking classes, dinners, walks, coffee mornings and whatever else gives us an excuse to get together.

What they say

ZoMe

"The Menopause Matters talks made me feel seen. Someone said exactly what I've been feeling, and a room full of women nodded. I didn't feel broken anymore—I felt understood."

Sarah, 52

"I came for the fitness. I stayed for these women. The community is everything. I have people I can text about night sweats at 2 a.m.
I have friends who get it without explanation. That's priceless."

Murielle, 54, member since 2025

"The wine nights are where I actually talk about things other than menopause. No filter, no performance. Just real women having real conversations. It's changed how I feel about this transition."

Claire, 50
