ABOUT ME


Denise Pender is a Menopause Coaching Specialist and an advocate for Women’s Health during Perimenopause, Menopause and Postmenopause life stages.

Denise’s goal is to provide a holistic approach to each woman’s menopause journey. She will guide and support you through this transition by zoning in on your menopause education, exercise and empowerment.

Denise’s concept of ZoMe came about from seeing a gap between evidence based facts on menopause and women who didn’t have access to this information and/or struggled for many years unnecessarily with symptoms that could have been treated.

With a love for exercise and a passion for helping women this became the perfect fit.

Daily on the gym floor, women were sharing their struggles trying to understand their symptoms and navigate through an overload of information from the internet and one off appointments with their doctors. I want to piece it all together and put individual plans in place so women can take back control, prioritise themselves and enjoy life again

Through one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and online resources, we offer practical tools and strategies to help you feel your best during this time of change.

Working out in our private facility your personal trainer will vigilantly guide you through every session. Our positive and focused gym environment coupled with small group sessions lend themselves to providing the additional motivation you may need. No previous gym experience is required.

Our highly individualised process begins with a thorough assessment in order for us to identify key factors such as your menopausal position, physical training and nutrition history and possible hormonal imbalances.
